Privacy Policy_

Who we are

This policy covers Dino Tech Solutions (“devdino”, “Dino”, “we”, “us”), a software development company with offices in Toronto, Canada and Tel Aviv, Israel. It applies to:

  • the website at devdino.com, and
  • the apps we operate that connect to social platforms, such as TikTok and LinkedIn, so our customers can publish to their own accounts (the “Social Publishing Apps”).

Work we do for clients under a written agreement is covered by that agreement as well.

Questions about privacy: info@devdino.com.

What we collect on the website

What you send us. When you use the contact form, the “Let’s Meet” wizard or the AI chat on devdino.com, we receive what you type:

  • your name, email address, phone number and company (each only where the form asks for it);
  • whether you are an entrepreneur or a company, and the kind of project (for example web or app development);
  • your message.

With the request we also record which form you used and whether you were on a mobile screen. We use this only to reply to you and to discuss your project. We never sell it.

Analytics. The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on. See how Google uses this information.

Accessibility widget. The website loads the TabNav accessibility widget, so visitors can adjust text size, contrast and similar settings, as Israeli accessibility standard IS 5568 requires. The widget is provided by a third party under its own privacy terms.

Hosting and security. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

What we collect in the Social Publishing Apps

Our Social Publishing Apps let a customer connect their own TikTok or LinkedIn account and publish content to it. When you connect an account, you sign in on the platform itself and approve the permissions we request. We never see or store your password.

We receive from the platform:

  • an access token (and, where the platform provides one, a refresh token) that lets the app act on the account you connected;
  • the basic account details the platform shares with apps you authorise, such as your account ID, display name and profile picture.

How we use tokens. We use the tokens only to:

  • publish content that you (or someone you authorised in your organisation) created or approved, to the accounts you connected;
  • show you whether a post was published, and the basic status the platform returns.

We do not:

  • post anything you did not create or approve;
  • read your private messages;
  • use your social data for advertising;
  • sell it or share it with anyone except as described in this policy.

Disconnecting. You can disconnect an account at any time from within the app, or in the platform’s own settings (TikTok: Settings and privacy > Security > Manage app permissions; LinkedIn: Settings > Data privacy > Permitted services). When you disconnect, the token stops working and we delete it from our systems.

How long we keep information

  • Website enquiries: for as long as we need them to answer you and to manage our relationship with you, then we delete them.
  • Social account tokens: while your account stays connected. They are deleted when you disconnect or when your use of the app ends.
  • Analytics: under the retention settings of Google Analytics.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only:

  • with service providers who help us run the website and apps (hosting, analytics, our lead management system), under contracts that limit their use of the data;
  • when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information.

Our team works in Canada and Israel, and some providers process data in other countries, including the United States. Information may therefore be stored or processed outside the province or country where you live.

Your rights

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and similar laws where you live, you can:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
  • ask us to correct it;
  • withdraw your consent, for example by disconnecting a social account or asking us to delete your enquiry.

Email info@devdino.com and we will answer within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

We protect personal information with access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and providers that maintain their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit what we collect to what we need.

Children

The website and the Social Publishing Apps are for businesses and organisations. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date. If a change significantly affects how we use information from your connected accounts, we will tell app users before it takes effect.
