DevDino is an Israeli software development company for US teams, with engineers in Tel Aviv and a second office in Toronto, in North American time zones. US startups and enterprises work with us on custom software, AI development and interactive products, with a contact who keeps your hours. We have built for Walmart, Camp.com and Eko.

Engineering from Tel Aviv, with a Toronto office that works your hours.
Business systems, dashboards and back offices for the work your SaaS stack does not cover, built for your company and owned by it.
AI features inside your product or operations: assistants, smart search, automated workflows and data pipelines, connected to your own data and systems.
Interactive and shoppable video, games and campaign sites, like KidHQ for Walmart on Eko's platform, which won a Telly Award.
Products that sit on top of your store and catalog, like the Shopify-connected gift exchange game we built for Camp.com.
Israeli engineers who join your standups, work in your repositories and tools, and follow your code review and release process.
A fractional CTO with a team that builds, for US startups that have a product to ship and no senior tech lead yet.

If you are a US company looking for an Israeli software development company, you probably want two things at once: the engineering depth Israel is known for, and a partner you can actually reach during your working day. That is how DevDino is set up. Our engineers are in Tel Aviv. Our second office is in Toronto, on Eastern time, the same as New York and Boston. We have delivered projects for clients in Israel, Canada, the USA, Europe and Australia.
Tel Aviv is about seven hours ahead of the US East Coast and about ten ahead of the West Coast. Handled badly, that gap means late-night calls and slow answers. Handled well, it works for you:
One practical detail: the Israeli working week traditionally runs Sunday to Thursday. We plan releases and on-call cover around both calendars, so nobody discovers the difference on a Friday afternoon.
Walmart, with Eko. KidHQ is an interactive video experience where kids watch and play with Walmart’s toys and build a wishlist that becomes a Walmart.com shopping list for their parents. We built it on Eko’s interactive video platform, integrated with Walmart.com products, and it won a Telly Award. The Walmart story has the details.
Camp.com. White e-lephant is a virtual gift exchange game connected to Camp.com’s live product catalog through Shopify. Users schedule events, invite guests, buy gifts and have the gifts they win delivered to them. It consistently generated significant weekend revenue (hundreds of thousands of dollars) and was recognised as a success story at a global convention on the future of retail. Read the Camp.com use case.
Eko. For Timeline, an interactive video series from Eko originals, we implemented the UI, logic and UI animation on the Eko studio platform.
Disney is also on our client list.
There are three common shapes, and many clients move between them over time.
You bring the goal. We bring product thinking, design, development and QA, and deliver the system end to end. This fits a new product, an internal platform or a campaign with a fixed launch date. See custom software development.
Our engineers join your standups, work in your repositories and ticketing tools, and follow your code review and release process. This is the usual route for Israeli developers for US startups whose own team is good but stretched.
For founders without a senior tech lead, we act as a fractional CTO with a team that builds: architecture, roadmap, vendor choices and delivery. See technology partner.
If you are comparing AI development companies, ask who will make the AI work inside your product, with your data, your permissions and your users. We build assistants, smart search, automated workflows and data pipelines, connected to the systems you already run, and we judge them by the job they were meant to do. See AI implementation.
These are the questions your counsel will ask. Here is how we approach them. Your lawyers should review the contract itself, and nothing on this page is legal advice.
Our default is simple: the code, designs and documentation we create for you belong to your company, and the contract says so. Repositories, cloud accounts, domains and third-party subscriptions are set up in your company’s name wherever possible, with us as invited users. We sign your NDA or ours, and we agree in writing which law governs the contract. If we ever part ways, you already hold the keys.
The US has no single privacy law that covers every company. A growing number of states have their own consumer privacy laws, and some sectors have their own rules, for example for health data and children’s data. Your compliance team decides which requirements apply to you; we build to them and document what we did. In practice that means collecting only the data a feature needs, keeping production data in US cloud regions in accounts you own when you need that, limiting who can reach it, and keeping real personal data out of test environments. If your product handles regulated data, tell us at the start, because it shapes the architecture.
Send us a short note about what you are building, the team you have today and where your users are. We will set up a call in your hours with the person who would lead the work, and come back with how we would approach it. Want the background on each office? See Toronto and Israel.

A call in your hours with the person who would lead the work: goals, constraints, systems and how your team likes to work.
A written scope, then a contract and NDA your counsel is comfortable with, including who owns the code and IP.
Repositories, cloud accounts and tools in your company's name. We get access; you keep the keys.
Short cycles with demos in your day: overlap hours for calls, written updates for everything else.
We support it in production, or hand it to your team with documentation and a walkthrough.

Israel has a deep engineering culture, and Israeli teams are used to building products for global markets in English. The usual worry is distance. Our answer is the Toronto office: a contact in North American time zones, with the engineering team in Tel Aviv.
Tel Aviv is about seven hours ahead of the US East Coast and about ten ahead of the West Coast. Your morning overlaps with the Tel Aviv afternoon, which is when calls, reviews and demos happen, and work keeps moving after your day ends. Our Toronto office works Eastern time.
You do. Our default is that the code, designs and documentation we create for you belong to your company, and the contract says so. Repositories and cloud accounts sit in your company's name wherever possible. Your counsel should review the contract; we do not give legal advice.
Yes, in two ways. Our developers can join your existing team and work in your tools and process, or we can act as your technology partner, with a fractional CTO and a team that builds the product for you.
We are a software company that builds AI into real products: assistants, smart search, automated workflows and data pipelines, connected to your systems and data. The AI model is one part of the job; making it work reliably for your users is the rest. See AI implementation.
We built KidHQ for Walmart on Eko's interactive video platform (it won a Telly Award), the White e-lephant gift exchange game for Camp.com, and the Timeline series interface for Eko. Disney is also on our client list.
It depends on scope, integrations, the team size you need and how much ongoing support you want. We do not publish a price list. We scope the work with you and give you a written proposal before anything starts.

We bring AI into how your organisation works: the right use cases, your systems, your privacy rules, your people.
Web apps, platforms, real-time dashboards and admin panels, built around how your business actually runs.
A CTO's judgement and a full team's hands: roadmap, architecture, vendors and delivery, without hiring a full-time CTO.
A Tel Aviv software development company building custom systems, AI and apps, with a Toronto office for North American work.
Custom software, donor portals, AI and bilingual websites for federations, JCCs, schools and large Jewish organisations.
A real Toronto office building custom software, AI and CRM systems, backed by a second engineering office in Tel Aviv.
